Rev. Arthur M. Umbach
Arthur Umbach was born and reared in Saginaw, Michigan. Following his graduation from Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, Missouri in 1969, he planted a new congregation in Aurora, Ohio. In 1975 became the Pastor of Redeemer in Richmond, Virginia, and since April, 1993, he has served as Mission and Ministry Facilitator for the Southeastern District. He has special interest and training in administration, planning, professional worker self care, spirituality, and family systems. He is married to Gloria, (R.N., L.C.S.W.) who is a counselor in private practice. They have two sons, Michael and Paul, and two granddaughters, Kate and Paige.
