The Northern Region is circuits 1 - 7. This area begins in York County Pennsylvania, includes Delaware and Maryland. (Southern Maryland is in the Central Region.)

The Southeastern District is served by three full-time Mission and Ministry Facilitators who assist congregations and schools, professional church workers and lay leaders in the respective regions of the district. Each Mission and Ministry Facilitator brings experience and expertise as they work with congregations, circuits and schools in all areas of "outreach" and "inreach" ministry.

They build relationships with congregational leaders; networking, coordinating and brokering resources for congregations in visioning and planning; leading workshops and outreach processes, stewardship programs, Faithful Christians/Faithful Congregations, and Bridgebuilders; and working with congregations and circuits in planting new churches and ministries within the region.
