District Office Ministry Team

Mission and Ministry
The Mission & Ministry office provides support services in the area of school ministry, communication, congregational services, and staffing. The Leadership Conference and Workshops are a part of the resources of this office.

Black Urban and Multi-Ethnic Ministry (BLUME)
Actively involved in leading and resourcing congregations to a new awareness of the changing communities around them.

SED Administration & Operations and Lutheran Church Extension Fund
Mr. Steve Heemann, District Chief Financial Officer and LCEF Vice President.
LCEF - is a ministry that provides an opportunity for members and congregations to invest money to be used within the Southeastern District and Synod to build or remodel worship and educational facilities for the preaching and teaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
