Information for Webcasting

The workshops are available by webcast to congregations and participants who want to view

the conference at a different location.

In order to participate by webcast the site needs the following:

      *High speed internet connection or DSL.

      *The ability to project from the computer to a large screen.(if presenting to a group)

      *Speakers for the computer so that the sound coming from the computer can be projected

       into the room. (if presenting to a group)

      *A speakerphone located in the meeting room to be used as a backup in case the sound coming through the computer isn’t clear. (We will provide you with a conference call number that you can dial into if you are having problems receiving the sound through the computer.)
